i hate and don't understand

i don't understand myself, just You who know what kind people i'm.
God, you know what i always done right?
Yes. 1 ugly thing. How i hate myself when do that things, but its hard to stop myself, really hard....i don't understand why i like doing something like that. Honestly, i'm shy and don't want to do that things forever. Please forgave me and bring me to the right path ....
